Account closure and data deletion requests processed within 30 days. Some information retained longer for legal compliance, financial audits and dispute resolution as required by Gaming Board of Tanzania regulations. Closed accounts cannot be reopened, new registration required if you wish to return.
Security and retention
TBet employs SSL encryption for data transmission, secure servers for storage, access controls limiting staff exposure to personal information and regular security audits.
